BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR CLICKING "I AGREE" OR SIMILAR ACCEPTANCE MECHANISM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. Runa is an AI-powered research interview platform that enables users to create, conduct, and analyze qualitative research studies at scale. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate interview questions, conduct automated conversational interviews with research participants, analyze responses, identify themes, and generate research insights.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, and documentation, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Runa Materials"), are the exclusive property of Runa or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein or as required by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RUNA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
